Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Lipopolysaccharide(LPS) enhanced the expression of Tissue Factor(TF) on endothelial cells synergistically. This reaction occurred through histamine type 1 receptor and toll like receptor 4. TF expressed on monocytes or endothelial cells drove external coagulation system. We showed a possibility that the activated coagulation factors produced by external coagulation reaction enhanced vascular permeability through protease activated receptor 1(PAR1).
