Outline of Annual Research Achievements

自閉症スペクトラム障害（Autistic Spectrum Disorder: ASD）の神経生理学的理解と早期診断法確立という目的から、ASDに特徴的な社会的認知機能障害を反映する客観的指標として、触覚的社会刺激（Gentle Touch）に対する社会脳（眼窩前頭皮質）の反応性、および、視覚的社会刺激（Biological Motion）に対する注視パタンに着目した。Gentle Touchに対する眼窩前頭皮質の反応性をNIRSによって計測すると共に、Biological Motionに対する注視パタンを測定し、それら2つの指標の関連性を横断的に分析することでASDの神経生理学的基盤を検討した。健常児群および高ASD傾向児群に対する実験の結果、いずれの群においてもGentle Touchに対する眼窩前頭皮質の賦活は得られず、また、Biological Motionに対する注視時間との関連性も認められなかった。
