Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Epithelial ovarian malignancies, response rate to chemotherapy is considered as a high tumor. However response rate of chemotherapy has been reported to be significantly lower than other tissue types in ovarian mucinous adenocarcinoma among them. We create a primary culture cell mass of mucinous adenocarcinoma with recent new three-dimensional culture method reported in other carcinomas.It is possible to create a primary culture cell mass from the tumor tissue of a patient obtained with informed consent in writing, long-term culture in a serum-free medium, and to save.
