Outline of Final Research Achievements |
Follicle growth is necessary follicle stimulate hormone. However FSH low responder or aging woman patients resist follicle growth by FSH stimulation. We found CNP induce follicle development acting through cGMP increasing under FSH. In this study, we identified candidate of CNP downstream and clarified molecular mechanism of follicle development. Furthermore, we evaluated oocyte quality of aging model mice.
