Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We revaeled TLR3mRNA expression in the mouse cochlea, spiral ganglion, and vestibular ganglion using RT-PCR and in situ hybridization. After poly I:C intratympanic administration, the infiltration of inflammatory cells was observed in the treatment side of inner ear. We developed new evaluation system of mouse vestibular function.
