Outline of Final Research Achievements |
In vivo and in vitro, we did not show that aldosterone, a potent vasoconstrictor, elicited constriction of retinal arterioles. Furthermore, there are no significant relationship between retinal parameter and serum aldosterone concentration in patients with type 2 diabetes.
