Outline of Final Research Achievements

We previously identified Src homology 2 domain containing F as one of the adaptor protein expressed at high levels in favorable neuroblastoma. We also found that Shf interacted with anaplastic lymphoma kinase (ALK), an oncogenic receptor tyrosine kinase in neuroblastoma. Shf was already known to interact with PDGF receptor and TrkA. In this work, we attempted to elucidate the additional function of Shf. However, we could not produce sufficient result in the term.
