Outline of Final Research Achievements |
We controlled squid body under a low temperature. Aster established giant axon in vivo model, we investigated and invented new dye injection method to giant axon.We performed the study about clamp of giant axon. We confirmed that axonal recover was occurred up to 30 minutes after clamping.
