Outline of Final Research Achievements

Severe sepsis is easy to combine systemic inflammation by pro inflammatory cytokines production but an effective remedy hasn't been established yet.
In this study, I cultured pancreatic B cell line Min6, provided inflammation stimulus on it and examined how the autophagy effects mRNAs, proteins and morphology in this cell line.
Together these results, I will analyze those of the cells knocked down autophagy derived protein and summarized this monograph.
