Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This investigation aimed to the microbial differences between before and after treatment in peri-implantitis were examined. Subgingival plaque sample were taken from deepest pockets of peri-implantitis before and after treatment. The prevalence of bacteria was analysed using a 16S rRNA gene clone library. As a result of evaluated to microbiological diagnostic maker, for therapeutic intervention, several bacteria were identified as candidate pathogens in peri-implantitis.
