Outline of Final Research Achievements	Innovative SMEs have formed and grown with　two key characters. One is deepen their corporate basis.; deepen their highly or original skilled and sophisticated knowledge works. They helped to gain the highly market share and market demand. Another is wider their business domain. Their corporate basis enabled to widen their bushiness domain. And they could gain outer resources by using normally transaction and business trade. There are still problem. One is relocation of their customer. Another is shortage of successor.
