Outline of Final Research Achievements |
A problem occurs on the occasion of the decision making of the elderly person that, first, when care was necessary, second, when I was able to decide nothing by oneself by dementia. In that case, it is reliable to not only a family and a relative, but also long-term care facilities and social workers. So I was carried out two surveys. In the first survey, I reached the conclusion to necessary to the social workers's role, "to cooperate" or "to join together", for the elderly person who diversified and the family, relative. In second survey, I reached that a more plain care contract was still necessary.
