Outline of Final Research Achievements |
As a preliminary study for clarifying choice-of-law rules for multiple legal relationships, this research specifically worked on analyzing international disputes on trust and legal persons. In addition, this research found the possibility to apply the mathematical concept of mapping to the attempt for refining the legal theory of qualification.
