Outline of Final Research Achievements |
This study revealed that farnesyltransferase inhibitor have the effect of hepatoprotective action for local acute liver failure. Specifically, with a mouse acute liver failure model, the inflammation reaction in the liver attenuated by the farnesyltransferase inhibitor and improved a survival rate.
