Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、免疫チェックポイント阻害剤（ICI）併用の術前化学療法を受けたトリプルネガティブ乳癌（TNBC）の組織を用い、アンドロゲン受容体（AR）依存的に分泌されるAlpha-2-glycoprotein 1, zinc-binding (ZAG)の発現量と治療効果との関係を解析する。ZAGとICI感受性に関与する既知の免疫因子関係を検討し、免疫制御分子としての意義を多面的に評価する。これらが治療効果にどのような影響を与えるかを明らかにし、より適切な治療選択につながる知見の創出を目指す。
