Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、PVによる神経芽腫治療で誘導される抗腫瘍免疫能の原因抗原を同定し、機序を解明するとともに、これらを応用したがん免疫療法の開発を行う。抗腫瘍免疫の担当細胞を明らかにし、全エクソームシーケンスとRNAシーケンスにより特異抗原を同定するとともに、その抗原が抗腫瘍免疫を誘導することを証明できれば、新しく同定した特異抗原を標的とした神経芽腫ペプチドワクチン療法や、神経芽腫に対するTCR-T細胞療法、CAR-T細胞療法といった革新的がん免疫療法の開発につながる。
