Outline of Research at the Start

2026年から、難治性疾患である「持続カンジダ血症」の克服を目指す3段階の研究を始める。まず、保存された菌を用いて、抗真菌薬耐性、耐性遺伝子の特徴、バイオフィルム形成能、臨床背景をまとめた膨大なデータを構築する。次いで、持続カンジダ血症症例に共通する特徴を分析して特定する。最終的には、その特徴を素早く見つけるための新しい検査法を開発し、現場での迅速な治療への貢献を目指す。
