Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、生殖補助医療（ART）による妊娠が周産期アウトカムを包括的かつ詳細に明らかにすることである。近年、ART妊娠が自然妊娠に比べて特定の周産期合併症を引き起こすリスクが高いことが複数の研究で報告されているが、日本における大規模で多施設からなる詳細な疫学的研究はまだ十分とは言えない。本研究では、日本産科婦人科学会に登録されたARTデータと周産期登録データを連結させ、2014年から2018年にかけて収集された約66,000件を対象として、新鮮胚移植群、排卵周期凍結融解胚移植群、ホルモン補充周期凍結融解胚移植群の3群を設定し、周産期アウトカムの比較評価を実施する。
