Outline of Research at the Start

看護基礎教育における学内演習のデモンストレーション（以下、デモ）は看護技術の習得の上で欠かせない教授法の一つである。近年ICTの普及により動画教材の活用が進み、対面デモのほか、動画や両者を組み合わせたブレンド型デモが導入されているがデモ教授法の選択基準は体系化されていない。本研究は、コンピテンシー基盤型教育の視点から、看護技術の特性と学習目標に応じた最適化モデルの構築を目的とする。全国調査によりデモの実態と選択理由を把握し、代表的技術を対象に対面・動画・ブレンド型デモの教育効果を比較検証することで、看護教育におけるデモ教授法の選択根拠を提示し、看護教育の質保証と標準化への実践的指針を提示する。
