Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、生成AI（GPT-4等）を活用した対話型ロールプレイ教材を開発し、看護管理者の自己効力感向上を通じて、看護職員のワーク・エンゲイジメント改善および医療の質向上を目指す研究である。1年目に現状調査を行い、2年目にはAIパートナーとの演習機能を含む研修プログラムを構築する。3年目以降、135施設（予定）を対象とした大規模なベースライン調査と教材導入を実施し、縦断的な効果検証を行います。本研究により、AIを用いた効率的かつ実践的な教育システムを確立し、看護現場における離職防止やリーダーシップ強化といった喫緊の社会課題解決に寄与することを目指す。
