Outline of Research at the Start

脳卒中再発の危険因子である睡眠呼吸障害の改善に向け、実践可能な看護介入プログラムを検討する。睡眠呼吸障害は自覚症状に乏しいため、まず、回復期リハビリテーション病棟に入院中の脳卒中患者・家族・看護師間の症状把握の一致度を検証する。次に、日常生活における身体活動が睡眠呼吸障害に及ぼす影響を明らかにする。これらの結果を統合し、介入プログラムの有用性を試行する。
