Outline of Research at the Start	不妊治療、特に生殖補助医療（以下ART）による出生児が近年、増加している。しかし、ART後に妊娠・出産した女性においては母親役割獲得の困難感や産後うつなど多様なメンタルヘルスの課題が浮き彫りにされている。さらに「不妊」というアイデンティティが払拭できず次子妊娠の意思決定をためらうケースがある。そこで産後期・育児期のQOL向上のために、基盤として次子妊娠も見すえた生殖の意思決定支援が必要となる。本研究では、産後支援プログラム開発の基礎調査として、ART後に妊娠・出産した女性の次子妊娠を見すえた生殖の意思決定支援の現状を明らかにする。
