Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、人口1万人未満の小規模市町村に勤務する保健師を対象にインタビュー調査を実施し、保健師の職業的アイデンティティ（以下、職業的ID）の形成に影響を与えた経験について質的に分析することにより、どのような経験を通じて職業的IDが形成されているのかを可視化する。さらに、インタビュー調査で得られた知見を基に質問紙を作成し、小規模市町村保健師の職業的IDを形成する要因を明らかにする。これらを通じて、小規模市町村保健師がどのような経験を通じて職業的IDを形成しているのかを解明し、小規模市町村における効果的な保健師の人材育成および人材定着のための体制構築の一資となることを目指す。
