Outline of Research at the Start

女性のアルコール依存症は、女性の高リスク飲酒の増加や男性と比べて発症までの期間が短いことと共に、受診への障壁や診断の遅れが理由として挙げられる。
本研究は、女性のアルコール依存症者の診断に至るまでの受診歴や健診などの受療実態を明らかにし、早期受診や早期診断に繋げる支援者の教育に役立てる。
方法として、商用レセプトデータベースを用いて、女性のアルコール依存症の診断の有無と、診断前の受診歴や健診データ等の受療実態を解析する。その結果を、地域連携プラットフォーム内で、仮想事例として教育ツールに落とし込む。これにより、支援者の気づきを高め、女性のアルコール依存症の早期診断に至る支援連携の一助となる。
