Outline of Research at the Start

To establish a mouse model with chronic OBD and chow diets to confirm OBD-induced inflammation and determine the reversal effect after removal of the OBD stressor. Furthermore, to perform targeted and untargeted analyses, examine gene expression in the heart and spleen to identify inflammatory markers, and conduct histopathological examinations of multiple organs.
