Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、自治体による政策介入が市民の意識および行動を通じてプラスチック削減に至る因果メカニズムを解明することを目的とする。従来、政策効果のマクロ評価と市民行動のミクロ分析は分断的に扱われてきたが、本研究では両者を統合し、政策、意識、行動、結果の一連のプロセスとして分析する。具体的には、差分の差分法（DID）および構造方程式モデリング（SEM）を用い、政策が意識・社会規範・行動を媒介して削減成果に至る因果経路を実証的に明らかにする。さらに、地域比較を通じて政策効果の異質性を検証し、有効に機能する条件を明らかにする。
