Outline of Research at the Start

不妊症に関わる卵子の妊孕能制御因子として、現在臨床で再現性高く使えるバイオマーカーや卵子自体の機能を改善する疾患修飾的な治療は未確立である。申請者はこれまで PCOSや子宮内膜症のモデル動物を構築し、卵子の網羅的トランスクリプトーム解析やDNAメチローム解析を通じて、妊孕能低下に関わる分子異常を同定してきた。本研究では、これら複数モデルで得た知見を患者検体（卵胞液・胚培養上清・内膜組織等）に横展開し、卵子の妊孕能低下を生む因果経路を解明する。最終的に、臨床導入可能な非侵襲バイオマーカーの確立と、遺伝子レベルでの治療標的の提示により、卵子の妊孕能を向上させる新規治療戦略へ結びつけることを目指す。
