Outline of Research at the Start	本研究は、小児抗菌薬適正使用加算等の政策が地域の抗菌薬使用量に与えた影響を、専門人材配置等との相互作用に着目して定量的に評価するものである。全国レベルのビッグデータとInterrupted Time Series Analysis（ITSA）を組み合わせ、制度導入前後の変化、地域差および人材配置との関連を解析し、政策効果とその要因を明らかにする。さらにKDBデータを活用し、抗菌薬の用法・用量の適切性や疾患別使用内訳の変遷を解析するとともに、地域の医療体制との関連を検証し、制度効果の波及および地域差の要因を明らかにする。これにより診療報酬政策の実効性評価とAMR対策への貢献を目指す。
