| Research Abstract |
We are regretful hardly to find out the comparative study on East-South legal system even though an intimate international relationship has been developped recently, so that we had planed to understand the legal system of those countries and to make a comparative study on civil, commercial and criminal law and others. In order to do so, we have tried to make a collection and an arrangement of those standard materials because there were little materials and informations on this area in our country. We collected the constitution and the principal code, such as civil, commercial and criminal law, in Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Brunei and Hongkong, and also we collected the Malaysia Law Review. We have planed to make these catalogue of index to study the legal system in those countries, and also we had made index of periodicals on Criminal Justice for studying the comparative criminal justice system.
We had held the Fourth Asian-Pacific Conference on Juvenile Delinquency at Tokyo and Kobe on 1985. We could discuss fruitfully on the juvenile delinquency in those area.
