Research Abstract |
The research was performed to attain the distinct information of the acute cardiac insufficiency. The precious findings of myoglobin deletion from myocardial cells were confirmed using various kinds of acute deaths in the forensic autopsy. The most remarkable myoglobin deletion was formed in the cases of acute amphetamines intoxication, heat stroke and subarachnoid hemorrhage with the severe brain compression. Other cases indicationg the same findings were the acute intoxication by carbon monoxide and cyanide. The experiments performed by the isolated rat heart indicate that the ischemia and/or anoxia do not induce the sudden death of cardiocytes, rather procoke the functional arrest. The myoglobin deletion, which is formed commonly in the Pokkuri disease (SUNDS: sudden unexpected noctural death syndrome) could be attained by injecting the amphetamines in the over-dosage at the warm atmospheric temperature. This suggests that the myoglobin deletion in the sunds might be induced, not by the ischemia and anoxia against the cardiocytes, but by the disturbance in the central nervous systems. It may be expected that the intoxication by various kinds of endogeneous amines is the cause of the sudden death encountered in the young adult. In this sense, the endogeneous production of various amines, including the biogenic production fo amphetamines, is the another aspect of the sudden death syndrome. Really, the amphetamines could be synthesized by the action of various kinds of microorganisms form the precursor substance including the aliphatic microcompounds.
