| Research Abstract |
This collective study on "The evolution and change of the law and politics under the Frence Vth Republic" has obtained a very precious and fruitful scientific products during two years researches between 1984 and 1985.
Namely:
1. Very large and new collection of the books and documentations concerning the Vth Republic, especially directly sent from Paris by Professors Tsuboi and Hobara.
2. Very profound researches, by a series of Japanese and French collective study meetings (with Professors B.Jeanneau and P.Gelard; Professors Y.Nakagai, Sh.Kondo, K.Yoshida, T.Araki and Y.Ono), on the subjects following: Political and constitutional changes under the Vth Republic; Administrative reforms after 1981; Economic changes after the formation of the socialist Government; Diplomatic and defense policy of the President F.Mitterrand; Historical aspects of the Mitterrand Government; Reforms of administrative and labor laws; Gaullist party, etc..
3. A project of publishing these studies in 1989 is now planned and under substantial preparations. This publication will contain almost all important problems on the law and politics under the French Vth Republic.
