| Research Abstract |
Generally speaking, There is no established systematic method of repairing wooden houses which have been built about 30 millions all over the country, because of lack in practical data.
In this study, a vast amount of house-repairing data has been collected and examined from four point of view ; analyzing contract documents of practical repair works, Surveying repair career in wooden houses, surveying reform-builders and Using statistical data.
Utilizing those data-base, following result or out put obtained.
1) Indication of the caracteristics in repair cost expenditure, and computation of amount of reforming works in demand. 2) Presumption for regional durable-years of houses by prefectures 3) Establishment of an approximate estimate method of repair expenses in wooden houses. 4) Proppsal on systimatic method of long-range repair expenditure planning in reinforced-concrete buildings. 5) Analysis on the present state of reform-builders. Some problems which have been remained are as follow. 1) Some improvement of above-mentioned method estimating repair expanses in wooden houses 2) Analysis of practical reform-works exanples and establishment of repair cost index.
