1.I read, translated and commented the corporation rules of following occupations: carpentry, silk textile industry(8corporations),woolen textile industry(5 corporations), linen industry(4 corporations),masonry and dress industry(12 corporations). On this fundamental work,I threw light on the legal and institutional structure of corporations in medieval France. 2.I analized the dynamic relation of diverse historical elements concerning corporations in medieval France, making use of following materials: Olim of Parlement of Paris, registers of criminal judgement by the Court of Ch <a!"> telet and many ordinancies. 3.By the analisis of the Ordinance of King John II(1351),I found the direction of the historical transformation (from the medieval form to the modern form) of corporation.
