Research Abstract |
Our investigations were conducted in southernmost peru,as well as in Chilean coast,and included the social groups dedicated to the exploitation of some important renewable natural resources,such as river shrimps,aji,seaweeds,fish,sea-shells, potatoes,etc.Various practices of production heve been preserved as it formerly used to be,but in some cases,they are incorporated in the practices of modern market economy.the process of production and distribution by barter and sale were examined and recorded ethnographically about some important resources.
