Research Abstract |
An archaeological survey conducted by our team at the Batan and Subtang islands has ascertained a lot of prehistoric sites and laid the foundations of our future researches. An analysis of pottery samples uncovered in the Sunget and Tayid sited by the thermo- luminescence method,we have obtained the results of 2420+-250 B.P.,and 1920+-150-2290+-200 B.P. for the sites respecitively. Moreover, the Diojo Point Site(450+-60 B.P.)has been identified as a fortress and the valuable meterials uncovered there has clarified a general idea of the social conditions just prior to the Spanish Invasion.
