Research Abstract |
It is widely recognized the importance of teacher's role in current rapidly changing society, so that system which help teachers to training themselves continuously in every stage of their careers is desirable. The purpose of this project is to make a survey what kind of the practical programs are provided in Japan and U.S., and to search some cases structured to foster the teacher's professional improvement in both countries, and through questionnaires, to obtain the information in consideration of improvements in inservice teacher continuing education.
