Accompanying the growing number of joint ventures with companies from the West and the progress of economical reform, there is a growing interest in Poland in Japanese style Q.C. activity and corporate training systems. In this research project the possibilities to introduce Japanese style Q.C. activity were investigated, as well as the corporate training systems as they exist in Polish companies. The research consisted of the three investigations mentioned below.
1) Work and Job Context. 2) Directors' Career Pattern and their Consciousness. 3) Corporate Training Systems.
