1,The character of peasants in Huabei district is the low degree of their independence. Their rights of property, business and mipuration have been much restricted. It has been caused by the method of Chinese socialistic construction itself and the unestablishment the category of farinaer.
2,About former cause, the regions were divided into two part of urban district=industry and rural district=agriculture, people were also divided into peasant and nonpeasant following the register system. The method of industrialization, whose accumulative source was agriculture, forced rural districts an exclusive self-sufficient reproduction mechanism and the stable food-supply on low price to the state.
3,About latter cause, there was the rural tradition of self-support and unsociableness ant it was based on peasants' blood and territorial relationship. About the level of peasant family, the cause of territorial self-sufficience ware smallness, unindependence of peasants, which were produced by perfect equalized inheritance to a direct lineal male descendant and the interdependence to territorial, lineal cooperation. Most peasants are pursing as a side business to various rural odd jobs, which are complement to the small size of peasant family administration. The exclusiveness of blocs of local market-zones was a factor of territorial self-sufficience.
4,The latest commercialization of agricultural products and the diversification of rural production has been progressing the commodity=money interrelation between urban and rural districts.
