| Research Abstract |
In this report, anti-CR1 (C3b receptor) antibody was investigated in sera of patients with systemic lopus emythematosus by ELISA method, CR1 was purified by column chromatograph of red A beads, lanbil lection sephorose 4B and ulbrofiltration. The purify of CR1 was over 70% by 7,5% S'D'S-PAGE.
It has been shown that at least two SLE patients had anti-CR1 antibody. It might be that the incidence of anti-CR1 antibody in our patients is higher than D.Fearon's report. Further characterization of anti-CR1 antibody as needed.
