Research Abstract |
The study supported by this grant is divided into four parts as follows. 1 The analysis of bundle formation of actin filaments caused by the osmoelastic coupling. 2 The analysis of liquid-crystalline phase of actin filaments. 3 Determination of phase diagram of actin filament solution. 4 Role of the cytoskeletal structure of non-muscle cell constructed by actin filaments and ABP on the response to the osmotic stress.
