Research Abstract |
Through the international research meetings held in Tokyo from September 18 through September 21,1988, several interesting aspects could be pointed out. For example, recent multi-nationalization of Japanese corporations mainly caused by the trade conflicts will unavoidably make japanese companies change their management strategy,so-called "Japanese type of management" based on Japanese unique work ethic, into more universal one. Secondly impacts of international labor migration into Japan are so great that "mono-natioal" image of Japanese society will be changed.
