Research Abstract

光波を利用した高分解能センシングの基礎研究として、本年度は
1)精密計測用レーザーの周波数制御の研究では、緑色HeーNeレーザーの実用的制御の確立、電気的負帰還による半導体レーザーのスペクトル幅の約10^<-4>の圧縮、原子・分子吸収線安定化による9×10^<-12>の制御など量子離音レベルを越える成果を得た(田幸,大津)。
2)超短光パルス波形の制御と測定の研究では、ホログラフィーを利用したフーリエ変換法と空間パターン投影法の2方法での波形整形を提案し、理論的・実験的に検討し、確認した(清水、田中)。
3)極短光パルスの発生と測定の研究では、10fs近傍のパルス幅で出力MW程度、繰返しkHz程度、色素帯域波長内で波長可変、取扱い容易という当初目標のシステムを実現した(矢島)。
4)半導体レーザーによる超短光パルス利用センシングの研究では、7ps以下のパルス発生の実現、時間感度20ps以下のサンプリング測定に成功などの成果を得た(神谷)。
5)紫外域での光センシングの研究では、4波混合により140nm、ラマン散乱により121nmまでの高効率発生、和混合により86nmまでの発生と45nmへの拡張の提案を行った(前田、岡田)。
6)透明な化合物磁性体を利用した100〜300K域の温度センサー(山田)、希土類化合物多色蛍光薄膜による温度分布センサー(佐藤)、光双安定効果を利用した非線型光学センサー(谷田貝)、光ヘテロダイン検波法を用いた分光型半導体レーザーセンサー(桜井)などの新しいセンサーが開発された。また、半導体レーザーによる距離および形状のFMヘテロダイン干渉計測法(小林)、擬似ランダム変調CWコヒーレントライダー(竹内)、レーザー干渉計重力波アンテナシステム(河島)など新しいセンシングシステムが開発された。
