Research Abstract |
Agricultural Cooperatives in Japan are compelled to restructure their management because of many reasons, which are low priced farm product, financial deregulation development of computerization. The aim of this research is to clarify the way to restructuring of agricultural cooperatives management. One of the conclusion is that top management is very important for management structure of agricultural cooperatives and we showed restructuring top management. Another is about the division of farming services. We showed it should have many specialist who have Ph.D to offer big-scale farmers the high level services.
