環状シロキサンを元素ブロックとしたハイブリッドネットワークポリマー薄膜の構築

Outline of Annual Research Achievements

シリル基で保護されたカテコール誘導体と4官能性環状シロキサンと2官能性ジメチルシロキサンモノマーからなる環状シロキサンポリマーとのヒドロシリル化反応を検討したところ、未反応のSi-H基の約90%がカテコール誘導体に置換されることがわかった。塩酸処理による脱保護を施すことでカテコール含有環状シロキサンポリマーが得られた。このポリマーのトルエン溶液を調製し、様々な基板を溶液に浸漬したところ、ガラス基板や金属板などの硬い基板からPMMA、PETなどの柔らかい基板まで均一にコーティングすることができた。膜厚は約30 nmであった。このポリマー薄膜を銀ナノ粒子水溶液に浸漬すると、銀ナノ粒子がポリマー薄膜上に均一に吸着した 。銀ナノ粒子の吸着量は銀ナノ粒子水溶液濃度により調整可能である。銀ナノ粒子の吸着について、テープを用いた剥離試験では脱着は確認されなかった。このコーティングを用い表面増強ラマン散乱を検討した。532 nmを光源とした顕微分光測定では最大10<super>7</super>の増強度が得られた(A01班渡辺明グループとの共同研究)。これは90%に及ぶ置換率によってカテコールが導入された環状シロキサンポリマーが銀ナノ粒子の高密度集積を可能とし、銀ナノ粒子間の”HOT SPOT”をもたらす結果達成されたと考えられる。交互吸着に基づく簡単な作製方法でありながら、ラマン活性分子p-amino thiophenolに対して10-15mol/cmの検出感度を達成しており、PMMA基板上に環状シロキサンポリマーと銀ナノ粒子のコーティングを行うことで果物表面での表面増強ラマン散乱検出を実証するなどフレキシブル基板による表面ラマン散乱センシングの可能性を示すことができた。
