Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本研究のおける目標は、地上で実施可能な実験を通じて、原子核の飽和密度を超える高密度核媒質の情報を引きだすことである。本研究では、原子核弾性散乱を核子レベルの微視的観点から分析し、高密度核媒質効果の情報を取り出すことに成功した。その中で、特に、三核子間に働く相互作用である三体力の役割を明らかにした。また、理論的な重イオン弾性散乱の系統的解析によって、より良い原子核反応系を探り、その有用性について調べた。
より一層の進展のため、α(4He)原子核を用いた弾性散乱の分析を進めた。しかし、本研究で利用している畳み込み模型を用いたα原子核弾性散乱は、模型の中で適用されている近似の影響により、単純な分析を進めることが困難であることが判明した。その近似による効果を明らかにするために、現在、より詳細な分析を進めているところである。
本研究において、最も特徴的な分析となる「原子核弾性散乱を用いた高密度核媒質効果の分析手法とその結果」をまとめた成果は、Physical Review C に出版された。加えて、イタリアのトレントにある ECT star で行われた国際研究集会「Towards consistent approaches for nuclear structure and reactions」に招待され発表を行った。また、オーストラリアのアデレードで行われた International Nuclear Physics Conference (INPC2016) で発表を行った。また、東北大学で行われた International Symposium on Neutron Star Matter (NSMAT2016) でも発表を行った。
