Outline of Annual Research Achievements

(1) 直流バイアス電流を流せるような構造のNbを用いたストリップ線共振器を設計・作製した。8.3GHz,3.7GHzの二つの周波数で動作するものを作製した。(2) 磁場を印加し,直流駆動電流を流し,上記共振器の共振特性(Q値および中心周波数f0)を電流,磁場,温度の関数として測定した。これは初めての試みである。(3) 共振周波数の変化は駆動電流の2乗に比例し,超伝導秩序パラメーターの対破壊効果として理解できる。(4) インピーダンスの実部(抵抗:1/Qの変化に比例)は,臨界電流の前後から,駆動電流の関数として増加し,またこの増加は,上記2種類の周波数においては,8.3GHzのほうが顕著であることが分かった。(5) 定量的な解釈には,モデルの構築が必要であるが,駆動された超伝導体磁束格子の受ける動的ピン止め力についての基本的データが得られた意義は大きい。今後,さらに周波数点を増やし,動的ピン止め力,さらには,界面の動摩擦力の微視的理解を目指す。
