Outline of Annual Research Achievements

分子性ナノシートの豊富なバリエーションの実証と機能へのフィードバックとして, ジピリン亜鉛錯体ナノシートとテルピリジン金属錯体ナノシートを取り扱った. 前者については2015年に筆者が報告した光電変換機能の増強のデモンストレーションを目的に, 具体的には, 自身優れた色素であるポルフィリンを組み込んだ碁盤格子ナノシートの構築を行った. 光電変換能を評価したところ, 変換量子収率, 光応答範囲がそれぞれ0.86%から2.02%, 450-550 nmから400-650 nmにそれぞれ既報から改善された. 後者に関して, Fe2+又はCo2+を有するテルピリジン金属錯体ナノシート積層体が, 固体化エレクトロクロミックデバイスの活物質として利用可能であることを2015年に実証したが, 本研究ではレドックス特性に代わり光特性の獲得を目指しZn2+類縁体を創製した. 紫外光照射により青色発光を示す無色透明の大面積ナノシート積層体を構築し, ナノシート骨格のカチオン性を利用し, アニオン交換による発光性色素分子の導入を行った. この複合体に紫外光を照射すると色素分子からの赤色発光がナノシートからの青色発光を凌駕し, ナノシートから色素分子へほぼ定量的に光エネルギーが伝達されることが確かめられた. 人工光合成や太陽光発電などに応用可能な, 光エネルギーを効率よく捕集・伝達するナノシートとしての利用が見込まれる.
