Outline of Annual Research Achievements

本年度は、NPBWR1のin vivoでの機能解析のためのツールとして、NPBWR1遺伝子座にCreを発現するNPBWR1-iCreマウスを作成した。リポーターマウスとの交配によって、Cre遺伝子が、本来NPBWR1が発現する扁桃体中心核や、分界条床核、海馬CA1領域に発現することが明らかになった。
