Outline of Annual Research Achievements

ギャンブル依存患者を14名を対象に、心理・社会背景情報やギャンブル依存に伴う症状評価を行た。その後、報酬の時間割引課題など種々な意思決定課題を行った。さらに、エピソード的未来思考と自伝的記憶とを検討するために単語手がかり法を用いたエピソードの想起、想像をしてもらった。過去、未来、それぞれで、1年条件、10年条件を設け、例えば「花」という単語から思い出される、過去1年間の出来事について述べてもらった。陳述されたエピソード情報に対して（いつ、どこで、何があったか）という具体性や再生量に加え、鮮明度評定を行い、点数化すした。その結果、ギャンブル依存患者では健常者と比べ、エピソード的未来思考と自伝的記憶の双方で想起数の低下が認められた。今後、サンプル数を増やし、その神経基盤を検討する予定である。
