Outline of Annual Research Achievements |
現代のストレス社会では、「意思の力」の棄損が想定される。「意思の力」の既存は、ストレスが直接の原因となる精神疾患のみならず、生活習慣病の管理を等閑にさせ、将来的な脳血管障害や認知症のリスクを増大させてしまう。本研究では、心理社会的なストレス付加により「意思の力」を表象する指標が低下しているとの作業仮説を立て、「意思の力」の棄損の評価として『非合理性』『損害忌避』『衝動性』の指標を採用し、ストレス関連疾患患者と健常対象者群を対象に評価し、仮説を検証した。 具体的には、ストレス関連疾患において、内受容感覚機能不全が不適応的な意思決定に関連しているとの仮説を検証するために、以下の2通りの研究において、内受容感覚と意思決定の指標の評価を行う。①ストレス関連疾患を対象とした疾患横断的症例-対照研究。②内受容感覚訓練による介入研究。 ①の研究で、疾患横断的に内受容感覚機能不全が存在することが確認できた。しかし、意思決定の指標と内受容感覚機能との線形相関を見出すことはできず、非線形的な関係性が存在するのではないかと考えられた。更に、②の研究では、健常者を対象とした内受容知覚訓練介入を実施し、内受容知覚の改善に伴い、意思決定の指標の『非合理性』も改善されることが示され、更に前島皮質と眼窩前島皮質の脳機能結合の増強とも相関することを明らかにした。②の成果の一部は、国際学会及び査読付き英文論文にて発表をした。
